Kaceřov (German: Katzengrün) is a village in the Sokolov District of the Karlovy Vary Region. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1312. It is found in a document documenting disputes over the courtyards between the monastery in Waldsassen and the sons of the deceased owner Jindřich Limberger. The Baroque chateau under reconstruction can be easily found on the village square. It is part of a farmstead opposite the municipal office.
